Responsibilities

• Planning campaign roadmap, generating campaign ideas & strategy for client / brand
• Research and formulating/developing client proposals
• Generate brand report every month/quarter
• Planning, managing & updating social media platforms
• Build and execute brand strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Set up and optimise client / brand’s asset within each platform to increase the visibility of the the brand
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments (client service, creative, production, media and operation support) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in brand marketing, advertising or public relationship
• Knowledge of brand marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Good copywriting skill, fluency in English and Mandarin

• Developing design solutions suited for projects.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts with engaging and interactive design.
• Meeting clients or project manager to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
• Creating clients’ marketing collateral, social media, website, and advertising creative assets.
• Adapt client brand material into advertising material.
• Establish client brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as a designer.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Arts/ Creative/ Graphics Design or equivalent.
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and as a team player.
• Understanding design terms and able to follow grids and tools.
• Highly motivated, target-driven individual, passionate about advertising.

Through the internship program, intern works directly with the executive in the company, participate in the activities that provide practical experience such as:

• Coordinate and support team’s program
• Provide support to social media effort

Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English.
• Required Skill: Excellent communication skills, good attitude, attention to details, and eager to learn.
• Applicant must willing to work in i-City, Shah Alam.
